rails 1.1.6 ใช้กับ ruby 1.9 ได้หรือเปล่าครับ

rail 1.1.6 ใช้กับ ruby1.9 ได้หรือเปล่าครับ ผมใช้ ubuntu
ถ้า apt-get install ruby1.8 มาใช้แล้วโหลดเอา rails มาเติมทีหลัง
จะมีปัญหาหรือเปล่าครับ อย่างเรื่อง bug , feature etc.. พอดีเพิ่ง
ลองเล่นดูน่ะครับ

เห็นใน site เขา recommend 1.8.5
แต่ของอย่างนี้ถ้าอยากรู้ มันต้องลองนะ

ผมไม่เคยลอง แต่ให้ใน mailing-list มีคนพูดว่า

t is great that yarv is finally merged into ruby1.9 head. But its
still about a year off from being a stable production worthy
interpreter. ALso ruby 1.9 does not run rails yet.
Lot's of changes between 1.8.x and 1.9. 1.9 is for new features for ruby 2.0. So while
this is great news. It doesn't mean you can start using it for much yet.
